Palazzo Ventimiglia Lodge & Suites

We were warmly welcomed by Gianluca of the Palazzo Ventimiglia upon our arrival. He met us at the parking garage where we were going to park our car for our stay in Palermo and made sure all matters we taken care of correctly. He then walked us with his warm welcome and contagious enthusiasm to our hotel/room and made sure we were all settled and ready to explore the city. Throughout our stay, Gianluca was always available to answer any concerns or questions we had and made sure that we had a memorable stay at the Palazzo and in the city more broadly. Thank you for your kind hospitality, Gianluca. The Palazzo is centrally located and near major streets and historic sights. If driving to Palermo with a car, it is better to park the car in a reserved garage and visit the city by walking or taking taxis if/when needed.

Location was in the center of Palermo's oldest part of the city, making it easily walkable to historic locations, cafes, and shopping. The host was exceptional, ensuring our stay was comfortable and above expectations. He responded promptly to all requests for assistance. Staff were friendly and professional. Truly a wonderful experience!

The manager Gianluca made sure we were comfortable and quick to respond to our requests. The suite has everything we need and very clean. The suite is in the heart of Palermo it was an easy walk to all attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Will definitely recommend the place to my family and friends. Hopefully will come back again.

Palazzo Ventimiglia Lodge is located in a very secure building, centrally located at walking distance from key attractions of Palermo! The room is clean and spacious. The host Gianluca is super kind and hospitable - she made sure I was comfortable during my stay and was always available for queries. I highly recommend this place!

This was an amazing B&B. It was a great, well-maintained property, and it was in a prime city location with easy walkable access to all the areas we wanted to visit in Palermo. The room had everything we needed and even much more than we expected. Gianluca was a very gracious host, giving us great suggestions of what we needed to see and recommendations of good dining options to check out. All in all, no complaints here! I would definitely recommend returning to this place and suggest this to anyone wanting to visit this area!!

GianLuca is the best host! His warm smile and welcoming way made our trip extra special. The hotel is well located near all attractions.
