Palazzo Ventimiglia Lodge & Suites

Gianluca is a great host. Very quick communication, thorough information about the accommodation and also recommendations about Palermo.The accommodation was located 10 minutes walk from Palermo train station and was very easy to find. Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated apartment. Possibility to use heating in cooler weather and air conditioning in hot weather. Everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner is available. Very comfortable bed and good water pressure in the bathroom.

We stayed a few days at Palazzo Ventimiglia and everything was perfect. Beautiful and very clean room and great location, right in the historical center and close to Quattro Canti and the Cathedral. When we come back to Palermo we will definitely choose Palazzo Ventimiglia again.

The location of the property was fantastic, everything was walking distance. The property was bigger than we expected and great detail taken care to add little finishing touches like fresh flowers on the table, environmentally friendly soaps etc. Lucà could not do enough for you and gave us good advice for our sightseeing. Palermo is very busy end energetic, 4 days almost was not enough to see everything. Train station was about 10mins walk, so you can easily do excursions from Palermo as well. We went to Cefalu which was 50mins by train, €8 pp one way, which was a lovely little day trip.

Just returned from a 9 night stay at Palazza Ventimiglia. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Gianluca and staff are very friendly and helpful. So many great restaurants from right outside the front door. Excellent location for exploring Palermo old town. Good transport links if you want to travel further afield. Bus stop 2 minute walk away and Centrale train station about 15 minute walk away. We took a bus ride to Mondello beach and a train to Cefalu. We also did 2 parkruns, Foro Italico is a 5 minute walk away and Uditore was an easy 30 minute commute on bus 102 then tram L2 or L3.

There was a fair amount of street noise until late, but I guess this is the price you pay for the excellent central location.

Location is just great. You are really in Palermo city center and in the proper district. Everything is around, from food, to drinks, parties. Like real city center. Apartament is very Italian. What they call Apartament german would call small room for kid, or room to wash clothes. Overall interior was fine, nothing to be angry at, and nothing to fall in love into.

The small coming from bathroom all the time was bad. I would imagine that as the smell of dead body mixed with ruined flashing toilette. So if you keep the door from bathroom opened - you would just die.

Grand logement avec cuisinette donnant sur cour interieure, situé dans une rue piétonne au cœur du centre historique très animé (assez facile d’accès néanmoins ) bien équipé et décoré avec soin accueil très agréable petit déjeuner à l’italienne dans une petite cafétéria à 100m sur une placette à proximité

We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. Although it was in the center of a bustling downtown area it was set back enough that the sounds of the streets were undetectable. The apartment was very roomy with lots of space for all your luggage. We even had a small kitchenette. Breakfast was included in the price at a nearby cafe. It was simple but good. I would definitely return and encourage others to check it out.
