We had a wonderful three-night stay at Palazzo Ventimiglia Lodge & Suites in Palermo. The facilities were truly excellent—elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal for exploring the city, yet quiet enough for restful evenings. What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality we received from the gentleman who welcomed us at the property. He not only greeted us warmly but also carried our heavy luggage up to our room, took the time to explain everything in detail, and ensured we felt completely at home. He went far beyond what one would expect—arranging a taxi transfer for us to visit the charming village of Borgo Parrini, and later organizing transport to the bus station on our departure day. His attentiveness and genuine care made our stay exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. Truly above and beyond service—we can’t recommend this place enough!

"Fabulous and quiet in the heart of Palermo!"

Breakfast was served at the Cafe Boursa in the piazza next to the hotel. It was a quiet location with nice service and excellent cappuccino!

Everything was great. The host was extremely helpful, giving us excellent restaurant recommendations and setting up a tour we requested to go to Trapani, Erice and Seguesta.
