Very clean room

A last minute booking that they took half an hour to find. Then couldn't figure out if the room had been cleaned. It had! Very sparse Decor. Plain painted walls, no artwork. Very little furniture in the lobby. Almost seemed as though the building was still being completed.

Hotel Tano Guam is a budget hotel with simple decoration, but complete facilities, clean and quiet. The room has good sound insulation and is not disturbed. The shower water is very strong and the drain is never blocked. The staff is very friendly and particularly likes Lori, who always answers questions, and Drew, who has a sweet smile. Next door, there is a Brazilian barbecue buffet, a Chinese restaurant, a Mexican dish, and an ABC Store selling souvenirs. There is a Vietnamese restaurant and a delicious Lee Garden Chinese restaurant across the street. It takes 5 minutes to walk across the street to Matapang Beach and 10 minutes to walk to Tumon Beach. 装修简单的经济型旅馆，但设施齐全，干净又安静。房间隔音好，不被打扰。洗澡水很冲，下水口从来不堵。工作人员很友好，特别喜欢有问必答的Lori和笑容甜美的Drew。隔壁有一个巴西烤肉自助，一个中餐厅，一个墨西哥菜和一个卖纪念品的ABC Store。马路对面有个越南餐厅，和美味的红屋中餐厅，过马路走5分钟可达马塔邦海滩，走十分钟可达杜梦海滩。

Very customer-oriented staff

I'm very disappointed. There are several issues. 1. Some amenities were not provided after the second night. They were only provided on the first day, and then they were stingy after that. Bottled water was also only provided on the first day, and not from the second day onwards. This is Hotel Tano's standard. 2. I stayed for five nights, but the room wasn't cleaned on my last night until I complained. I explain the situation in detail. March 2nd was my last night. I had to work in my room that day. The cleaning staff visited my room while I was at work around 9:00. I told them I would be ready soon, left the room, and returned around 1:30 pm. In other words, I was vacant from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. There was time for cleaning, but the room hadn't been cleaned. I was in my room after 1:30 pm, participating in an online work meeting, when the cleaning staff came by. I told her that she could clean up the room. I did indeed leave the room and returned around 4:30 pm, but it hadn't been cleaned. I notified the front desk and asked them to clean it. The front desk told the manager. 3. The manager contacted me through the front desk and said, "The last cleaning request time is 3:00 PM." I had told the cleaning staff twice before 3 PM, but they never cleaned up my room even though they had enough time. The manager seemed to think it was my fault. I can't believe his attitude. It's disgusting to blame the hotel for its own faults on the guests. 4. At night, noise from the hallway was heard in the room and was quite loud. I was assigned the noisy room, I think. Sometimes I was woken up during the night.
