私の妹が怪我をしてしまってホテル内のコンビニで絆創膏を買おうとした時、スタッフの方がアルコールティッシュと絆創膏をくれて対応がとても優しかったです。 トイレを詰まらせてしまった時も素早く対応してくれて助かりました。

スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーだった

シャトルをお願いしていたのに、空港についたらお迎えの待機をしていなかった。結局電話で呼んだが一台で行けないと着いてからいわれ、数人が空港で待っていないといけなかった。メールでも事前にリクエストしていたのに残念だった。

ABCマートが近くにあって立地は良かった。

洗面室の天井から雨漏りしていて、 3日間の滞在期間中、ポタポタとずっと雨漏りしていた。 部屋の外の通路には、バスタオルがずっと敷いてあった。 セミスイートの部屋だったのに非常に残念

Location is convenient

The light strip won’t go off. It woke me up MANY TIMES at night. I asked the employee to come and see the first thing in the morning to check the light, they send the cleaning lady over and she straight up saying to me this is the way it is. Later they asked the maintenance guy to come and fix it, but we need to stay in the room for them to fix,which makes no sense. We told the front desk that the maintenance guy can come in while we are away, but this light issue is not fixed later at night. We asked the front desk to check again. (Different person now this time) still says that this is normal and later told me this is not. Anyways, they cannot arrange a room switch because they are fully booked, I have to bear with the sleeping ISSUE one more night! And the funny thing is, the next morning when I asked front desk to change room for me, he said the hotel is fully booked again so this is not happening. He was talking like it’s my own problem. THEY DIDNT APOLOGIZE AT ALL DURING THE ENTIR PERIOD. WROST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Alles sauber, housekeeping gründlich. Checkin und out ging zügig. Schöner Pool. Freier Parkplatz.
