1階に24Hのコンビニがあって便利。ホテルから徒歩数分圏内にコンビニやレストランが豊富、海も行けて便利。ホテルにプール、ジムもあってよかった。コインランドリー、乾燥機もあり便利。

スリッパが3泊後にでてきた。初日から用意しておいてほしい。 強いて言うなら、コーヒーカップを中々取り替えてくれない。フロントに伝えても中々取り替えてくれない。ルームキーパーの人が忘れているだけだが、ちゃんとしてくれると尚良い。

-The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. -The parking was plentiful. -My room was clean. -The bathroom was clean and the shower was easy to use. -There were plenty of hangars in the room to hang up clothes. -The desk in the room was huge and I appreciated that.

-Upon check-in, the front desk clerk provided me with card keys to my room and when I opened the door, another family was already staying in the room! The issue was quickly resolved, but that could have been a potentially bad situation. -The room was close to the elevator and the housekeeping supply room, so it was a little noisy at times.

The location was great as it is in Tumon and walking distance around the shopping area. The rooms were clean and bright. We only stayed for a few hours for a layover but it was a good stay.

The front sign facing the road is a bit confusing as we thought entrance was there so we parked there. Only to walk at the side and realize that the actual parking and entrance is at back side. They should put a sign up front to let guest know to go to the back.

I liked the design and that there was a laundry facility on site, a 24hr store, and a 24hr gym.

My toilet needed maintenance every 2-3 days, and I was there for two weeks. Whenever I reported the broken toilet the staff would jump to the conclusion that I was using the toilet incorrectly instead of replacing the broken part that was causing the issue. I also cut my foot on broken glass the first day and noticed that housekeeping doesn't clean the rugs or under them.
