The staff are amazing especially Alex, Kelly, Andra and Sophia they catered for our every need. Would definitely go back again next year.

The location was truly beautiful, the food amazing but what really makes Ikos Porto Petro really special is the quality attention to detail from the staff that starts with the GM Dirk then our lovely attentive concierge Alex plus the amazing ladies that kept us hydrated with cocktails & laughs in The Porto Petro Bar. Kelly Andra Sophia All 3 outstanding people.

The accommodation was really good and the attention to every detail shown by Alex , who looked after us with great energy and drive was exceptional !! He leads an excellent team of dedicated individuals. He is an asset to hold on to . Bogdon was another individual who we can’t fault, what a lovely guy and another stand out leader .

What a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. We had dinner at Beach Club restaurant, the food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The service was excellent and professional. One thing we really appreciated was the staff's care and attention to food intolerances. A special thanks goes to Chiara, the exceptional manager of Deluxe. She was super helpful, and her kindness, professionalism and passion really made us feel special. An unforgettable experience, we can't wait to come back!

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Best all inclusive in Europe! First time and I will be back. Manos is great. Restaurant staff very nice. Buggy staff so nice. And pool staff so attentive. Daily itineraries are perfect.

An amazing hotel, really enjoyable experience. The food is amazing and you can have whatever you want from the menu. The drink choices are also plentiful & the bar staff even made a few cocktails that weren’t on the menu. The staff take great care of you and make sure that you are looked after. All of them were friendly and helpful but I’d like to specifically mention Candi who checked us in & arranged an early check in for us even though we arrived a fair few hours before the official check in time, she also came to see us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was ok which I’d never experienced in a hotel before. I’d also like to mention Aley who helped out massively by taking me to a local medical centre after I had an accident, he was very helpful as he was translating between myself and the doctors, he also made sure I was ok. Finally, Carla & Iliana were very friendly & quick to respond whenever I contacted reception or used the WhatsApp service. I enjoyed the adults only pool as it was the quietest but the other pools were still nice but were more kid friendly. There are 2 beaches that can be accessed and the water is the clearest I’ve ever swam in.. There are 3x padel tennis courts which I played on a few times, I had a lesson with Gerard which was great fun. There are also tennis courts, ping pong tables, a football pitch, bicycles that can be rented & a good gym. Great facilities to use & you can get help/training in most of those sports whether you’re an adult or child, beginner or intermediate.

So this was our first trip to Portopetro but we know IKOSes well (loyal returning customers). I am pleased to say this was a true IKOS experience and we are so happy we gave this IKOS finally a shot. From quality of food, level of service and small yet fantastic beach. There was nothing left to be desired. Maybe just i was missing swimsuit changing beach booths like for example in Dassia. This IKOS has a different feeling compared to other IKOSes, as it is “nested” in small and utterly stunning old port town. Special thanks to Bella for taking an amazong care for us. She really the extra mile and truly wanted us to have a fantastic stay. Thanks! Also big thanks to Estevan from Seasons, his approach, guidence and reccomendations were fabulous and really helpful. Also, Fotini from Fresco - we really enjoyed meeting you! And finally, special thanks to Rosa. Your wine reccomendations were trully fantastic!

10/10 wonderful hotel, food, facilities & staff! Gallina, Bella so welcoming, they went above & beyond. My daughter has a serious nut allergy & Monika & team looked after us so well. Yoga with Hannah & running with miltos 10/10. I would really recommend this hotel if you have a serious allergy, the staff are incredible & on the ball. We’ll be back! Well done Ikos Porto petro
