Great location in quiet residential area. Close to bus stop and grocery store. Plenty of space and well equipped. Bonus laundry facility🙂

Only small thing was being in the bottom unit the people above were quite noisy walking around.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Sauna haben wir auch genutzt. Die Lage ist gut

Der Garten....und es fehlt eine Toilettenbürste. Mehr Geschirr wäre gut.

"Wir haben wegen schlechtem Geruch und fehlenden separaten Schlafzimmer auf den Aufenthalt verzichtet"

Insbesondere wegen des muffigen und unangenehmen Geruchs haben wir die Wohnung schlussendlich nicht bezogen; wir wollten uns nicht in einer Wohnung aufhalten, in der wir uns nicht wohl fühlen.

- Gemäss Beschrieb hat es 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer; das ist einfach falsch und gelogen; es ist ein 1-Zimmer-Studio mit einem Bad. Im Inserat wird von einer Wohnung gesprochen; das ist übertrieben; es ist ein 1 -Zimmer-Studio. Die Gastgeber sind leider uneinsichtig und haben die Beschreibung nicht angepasst (Stand 17.10.25). - Das Studio ist im Kellergeschoss und hat nur an der Front- bzw. Eingangsseite Fenster. Da das Bett vorne steht und die Küche hinten angeordnet ist, ist es im eigentlichen Aufenthaltsbereich ziemlich dunkel; die Aufenthaltsqualität innen ist deshalb schlecht (ungenügendes Tageslicht). - Als wir ankamen war das Studio sehr schlecht gelüftet; es war muffig und abgestanden; wohl auch dem Kellergeschoss zuzuordnen. - Das Studio ist der L-Street zugewandt und es besteht eine direkte Sichtverbindung auf diese sehr verkehrsreiche und laute Strasse; der Aussenbereich ist deshalb begrenzt nutzbar.

"In dem Appartement ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage in Anchorage braucht."

Das Appartement liegt in einem Wohnviertel und in unmittelbarer Nähe von einem Supermarkt. Wir sind mit dem öffentlichen Bus vom Flughafen zum Appartement gefahren. Auch nach Downtown war es nicht weit. Wir nutzten auch die Fahrräder, die in der Beschreibung mit angeboten wurden und das war natürlich perfekt, da man dann auch noch einen größeren Radius hatte, um Anchorage zu erkunden. Das Appartement hat auch eine Sauna, die wir an einem kalten, regnerischen Tag auch genutzt haben.
