The apartment is very cosy and clean. I love the interior and the facilities are easy to use. The owner is the nicest person and will respond to any questions or problems you have.

The only thing about the apartment that i didn’t expect on my first night is how you can hear almost everything said or done in the room next to you or in the living room. But i slept fine and got used to it.

The nicest, cleanest and most comfortable guesthouse I have stayed at in South Korea. Also the host is very kind. I would book it again!

This location is perfect to access Chung-Ang University. The bus stops are not very far, using bus and pay by T-Money is very convenient in Seoul. The bus system is well organized. - The kitchen is cozy and convenient, covering all necessary items for a quick meal. - Thanks to Hyunjoo and Sooho, they are so supportive and nice.

I loved staying here, the apartment was amazing, very cosy and comfortable. Lots of space, great amenities, very clean. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and helpful with any requests! The area is local but it's easy to get around using the train or bus. Some nice restaurants and cafes in Heukseok and Yongyangbongjeojeong Park is a must visit after dark to see the city lights! There is a hill to walk up so recommend a taxi if you have a big suitcase.

I have been to quite a few bnb’s whilst travelling, but this has to be the best bnb I have been to, mostly due to the kind and thoughtful hosts. My check in was extremely late at night, at around 2am, and they did not forget to check in on me and were more than generous with their suggestions during my stay. They provided very clear instructions on how to check-in, and a great list of recommended things to do around the area. The property is well maintained and clean, and it’s evident the hosts value their space a lot, and there’s a lot of attention to details. While the location is not central, it is well connected with buses and subway system, and gives you a sense of Seoul outside of the touristic spots. I personally liked it a lot, because I like quiet places and the market near the house has all the eateries as well! As the hosts have already warned, the alleys to reach the house are quite an uphill walk. So this is to be kept in mind—unless you have major health issues, the uphill walks are a good exercise! I highly recommend this place to stay in Seoul and would definitely stay here again if I come to Seoul next time.

Everything is perfect and the hosts adorable

The hosts were very kind and responsive, my gratitude! The apartment was very clean and cozy. Bread, cereal, instant oat, peanut butter, jam, soya bean milk, milk, apple juice and filtered water were provided at the kitchen. I could choose to just stay at the apartment enjoy reading good books at a bookshelf there, but regrettably I didn't have enough time for that. Location wise, it is very good. Just around 10 minutes walks, there are metro station line 9 and bus stop, which would take you to city centre within about half an hour. As being told, the walking paths to those public transportation points are slopes, but absolutely manageable, in fact, isn't it good to have some exercise:)? There are a number of restaurants nearby the metro station and bus stop. Plus, within 15 minutes to the nearby university area, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. Just ask the hosts, they would kindly give you those information. I like the neighbourhood of this apartment, quiet and safe, can taste the locality. Highly recommended.
