Staying at 12 Passi del Mare, in Santo Spirito (Bari), was a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood close to the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the region. The place is cozy, well cared for, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The window in our room offered a charming view of the Adriatic Sea, which made the stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to our host Francesco, whose kindness and attention were simply incredible, making us feel truly at home. Every day he thoughtfully left fresh croissants in the morning and focaccias in the afternoon, a special gesture that made all the difference. Without a doubt, this is an accommodation I highly recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy Bari with genuine hospitality

"Our little slice of Italian heaven!"

Amazing Host! He was there to greet us on arrival, even when we were a tad later that we thought we'd be. Parking was easy, right out front. Just to note, we could have parked within the gated area if we wished. A wonderful fruit plate awaited for us and in the morning we also recieved much loved fresh flaky croissants! We had a great dinner across the way, booked by Francesco as well. Like others, we would return hery in a heartbeat. Our little slice of Italian heaven. 💕

Francesco was absolutely amazing and the best host. Very helpful, empathetic, and kind. In the morning, he brought us fresh croissants and drove us to the car rental.

Francesco ist der perfekte Gastgeber!!!! Wir hatten Obst und Wasser im Zimmer, ebenso wurden uns Croissants zum Frühstück gebracht Locarion direkt am Meer, Parkplatz.

Francesco é um anfitrião incrível! E o quarto é uma graça, super bem decorado e equipado com tudo que precisávamos. A localização é incrível, e a vista para mar deixa o ambiente especial. Ambiente da vila bem acolhedor! Tudo de excelente qualidade, toalhas, lencol, travesseiros. Limpeza impecável! Adoramos
