Super logement en bord de mer et très proche de l’aéroport, très propre, avec équipement moderne. L’hôte Francesco très sympa! Disponible pour aider et donner des bonnes adresses! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous passons dans la région

Francesco is an adorable host. He brought us cornetto every morning. He came to get us from the station and drove us back. An excellent guy with a big heart. The place is great. Very clean. Lovely garden facing the sea. I strongly recommend.

Location bellissima e curata in ogni particolare. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole evadere dal caos della città (comunque molto vicina e facilmente raggiungibile da Bari e comoda anche per chi arriva in aereo). Ma il vero valore aggiunto del luogo è l’host Francesco che ci ha accolto con una gentilezza, una disponibilità ed un calore che è davvero difficile da trovare in una struttura. Ci ha riempito anche di consigli utili. Sicuramente torneremo a 12 passi dal mare.

Francesco is a superhost, everything was clean and the installation is as described, parking inside the villa, and a wonderfull view, nearby there are several restaurants.

Posto stupendo... Francesco fantastico..ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra..sempre disponibile, più che un host abbiamo trovato un amico. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni e il risveglio dato dalle onde del mare tutte le mattine con il paesaggio che potevamo ammirare dalla camera ha fatto si che la nostra vacanza rimarrà sempre nei nostri occhi e nei nostri cuori. Torneremo sicuramente.

From the moment we arrived at 12 Passi dal Mare, it felt like we were coming home. Everything about our stay was extraordinary — worth every single moment. Francesco wasn’t just welcoming; he was genuinely one of the kindest, most caring people we’ve ever met. He made sure we felt comfortable, safe, and happy every step of the way. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, Francesco brought us fresh pastries every morning! 😊 He always had the best tips on where to eat, where to wander, and how to experience the heart of the place. The rooms were warm, spotless, and full of that lived-in charm that makes you instantly relax. The garden had a magical, whimsical feel — the kind you don’t forget. And yes… we were truly just 12 steps from the sea, where the sound of the waves became part of our days. It was a holiday that fed the soul, and we’re already dreaming of the day we return — for much longer next time. Looking forward to next time! Maria & Alex

Francesco è semplicemente una persona speciale, rende il soggiorno perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Per chi arriva in auto mette a disposizione parcheggio interno.

Der Besitzer Francesco ist einfach nur nett und zuvorkommend! Es gab frisches Obst, Wasser war im Kühlschrank! Nachmittags brachte er Oliven und Cracker als wir im Garten saßen. Er gab uns viele Empfehlungen die uns begeisterten! Danke : )
