"Rude employees"

We booked a room two weeks ago, paid and received a confirmation number. Showed up to check in and they don’t have our room and they are sold out. The guy behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. The manager he called was useless and just as rude. The rest of our group who didn’t have their rooms cancelled out from under them had ants crawling in the sheets. Just avoid staying here

"Astonishing Lack of Care"

Horrible experience all around. Booked a room with the staff over the phone and had a confirmation from IHG. When I arrived, I was told there was no booking and “IHG must have overbooked us”. Honestly an embarrassment of an excuse and it really showcases the lack of care from management. It broke up our bridal party for the night and no resolution was offered. Would not trust anything you book from this location.

Front desk staff - John, was excellent. I also like the breakfast options.

One of the coffee makers was out of order. I'm not convinced that the new coffee maker system is very convenient when there are a lot if people at breakfast.
