"Good but better communication is needed."

Need to provide instruction on how to lock the front door. It doesn’t automatically lock. You must waive the key fob over the lock for the door to lock. Also patio door was difficult to close/lock. Need to also provide information on how to unlock the safe. It doesn’t operate like a typical hotel safe. Also i asked if Tide pods were included. I was messaged back “no” so i purchased some only to find the soap inside the washing machine

"Clean, comfortable beds,nice kitchen. Would come back"

Clean, amenities were good. Cookware was scratch free which was huge, nespresso machine a plus!

Lighting not the best in the rooms. Could do with more lights. Also more chairs would be better Beds are full size, could have been queen sized.

As advertised. Not a thing out of place. They gave us some free groceries for our stay which I found extremely thoughtful. They provide cleaning and personal hygiene products (to be used and left in the property) which I found thoughtful as well.

The security deposit aspect can be strenuous on your budget if you’re not aware of it before confirming your booking.
