The Island 4 br (9th Floor)

This was my second stay at Island Vista Resort. Our stay was very nice. We especially found Steve with Maintenance to be extra helpful and very nice. He went out of his way to make sure we had our questions answered. I would definitely recommend this resort. The area is very nice and we felt safe.

This place is so beautiful. The staff is VERY helpful, including answering questions before I reserved a suite. The suite was a 1 bedroom 2 bath with walk in shower. Also oceanfront. Bed was comfortable. Balcony access from bedroom. Full kitchen. Restaurant is wonderful, breakfast and dinner only. Voucher is included at checkin. This is worth the price. I highly recommend this place especially for an extended stay. We didn't want to leave.

We had a great stay at Island Villas for start to finish. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful. The place was very spacious and clean. We will definitely return for future stays.

Island Vista is great! In a great spot with no other resorts right by it, so beach area is not crowded. Great indoor and outdoor pool area. And the outdoor area has nice furniture with different places to sit, Small work out area, but there is one there. On site restaurant is a legimately good..lots of locals seem to come in for it. It right next to a good pedestrian area (with a kids playground nearby) and some outdoor workout equipment along a path. The condos are individually owned. We stayed through Luxury Beach Rentals in a 4 bedroom unit, which itself was great--fully stocked for cooking, huge living room, great balcony.

Awesome Resort and staff!!

We have visited this resort once a month since Sept., 2024. It is beautiful, clean with incredible pool scapes and ocean views, but the best part is the staff. John, Chris, Morgan and Shannon in the bar; Jan, Andy, the Steven's and Imari (just to name a few) at check-in; Terry, Stella, Lexie and Brooks in the Cypress Room; the talented Glenn Taylor on guitar and vocals for dinner, even to Steven in Maintenance...amazing, fun, professional people who make Island Vista feel like your home away from home.

Loved it! Stayed in unit 1214 through Luxury Beach Rentals. 4 bedroom unit--really well laid out. Everyone had space and their own bathrooom. Well stocked kitchen---easy to cook, make cookies, etc. Huge living room, great deck, w/d. Island Vista is great. In a great area where there are not alot of other condos. It is easy to walk on the beach, but there is a nice sidewalk area. Restaurant is great. Indoor and outdoor pools (heated), hot tubs and lazy river (inside). Workout room is on the small side, but well located and does the job. The best part about IV is all the comfy outdoor seating--couches, rocking chairs, and tables where we could take food and eat. Parking garage is tight. Will definitely be back!

This place had all you could ask for, clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, incredible water pressure in the shower and much more. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional vacation here @ Island Vista. We stayed Feb 21 to Mar 01, and had outstanding room, service, and accommodations. From our initial interaction with Pauline at the front desk, she went out of her way to make our vacation memorable and as enjoyable as possible. Cannot thank her enough, worthy of special recognition for going above and beyond for us! Our room overlooking the beach was spectacular, the grounds were clean and safe, and the beach was just incredible. We will return to Island Vista, it was a great experience and compared very favorably to the other resorts we've utilized. A+, thank you!

I really want to give a huge thank you to Island Vista for the kindness they extended us. We were really looking forward to our stay at Island Vista. Unfortunately, the day before we were to check in, I got sick and was hospitalized in Hilton Head. I usually purchase travel insurance, but we planned this so last minute, I was thinking cancellation not illness! Well, I emailed Island Vista my sad story and they refunded our deposit and didn’t charge us. I will tell everyone I know how kind they were!
