WiFi didnt work, windows leak, pre pay electric very pricey doesn't last long. We also got charged for pillows that was never there

Internet didn’t work channels on tv kept dropping one of the doors didn’t lock properly. Tried to call the site sercurity 5 times no answer and when trying to contact 2c holidays there’s no number for emergencies

Says has Internet but no Internet at all Door knob was missing so a screw was poking out of the door luckily it was me that spotted it and one of my children didn't hurt themselves it was rectified when reported and it states at the very end of the fine print of one of the emails that you have to pay for your own electricity I've never had to pay electricity in a rented caravan before and instead of saying on one of the many emails that was sent i found out i had no electricity at half past 4 when i could check in and the place closed at 5 so had to find my caravan rush around to find a card that was there and go all the way back to the site office if i wasn't in a car i wouldn't have made it and wouldn't have had electricity all night.

Having arrived in the van there was no electricity as had not been left any on meter so toped up in site office who were very nice then the caravan I noticed one door had dropped a bit the nob on the door inside double room was missing the Internet did not work the hot tap in kitchen area does not work the caravan needs some repairs doing all for mentioned I reported by phone Monday afternoon but have never heard back from them
