Localization - close to Lisbon Congress Center.

We didn't have a chance to even see how the apartment looks inside. We came to the apartment around 5pm - we get to the building, use the elevator and here is where all of the bad things happen. The code for the lock in the door didn't work and even we have 3 telephone numbers to 3 different people and we try to call and write to each of them - we didn't get the answer. We went to the restaurant to eat and wait, but after 1 hour without any contact we've contacted the support to cancel the reservation. For me, the lack of contact in such cases is a disqualification.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y es muy luminoso. Un poco alejado del centro, pero con el transporte público se llega fácil y rápido.

La comunicación ha sido escasa. Pregunté si podíamos llegar antes y no hubo respuesta. La comunicación se limita a mensajes establecidos, aunque perfectamente explicados, pero impersonales. La persiana del dormitorio no bajaba, supongo que por eso tenían unas cortinas oscuras, aunque cuando amanece entra mucha luz.

I have been here many times but the fifth floor unit I was in needs maintenance. Shower dirty, mold in the bedroom.
