Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road

The location was a good and short distance from the Mall Road. The room size was big enough compared to other places in the surrounding areas. Moreover, the rooms came with heating mattresses with the beds which is very much required and comfortable while living in Darjeeling. The rooms had geysers and basic toiletries: soap, shampoo, and shower gel.

The view from the room wasn't entirely up to our expectations. However, given the price, it can be overlooked. The bedsheets could have been slightly more cleaner as we found some spots on them. Once, there was no electricity and there was no backup generator.

Very good location. Very close to city center. Althought way to hotel was a bit steep but, we do not care. Some rooms has nice view to valley. The street was very far from city traffic, so, possible to have silent nights.

Breakfast area was a bit far, in another building.

We were accamodated in the best available room by the receptionist (missing her name sorry, starts with S). She was kind enough to help us out with extra privileges as it was raining badly. Safar too is a wonderful steward, he is on his toes to make guests happy and comfortable

Would hv been good if a room heater and mosquito repellent cld be made available

Considering the price range, the hotel surpassed the majority of other accommodations. The staff displayed remarkable helpfulness and were always prepared to assist. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.

The location fell short of expectations, despite its proximity to the taxi stand. The main drawback is its position on a steep road, making it challenging to navigate, particularly for older individuals. It is advisable to avoid this location if you are traveling with elderly people.

Family Room was quite big with clean washroom having geyser. Electric kettle was also available in the room.

Though the location was good the property was on steep slope.

Access of hotel very poor. We spen here 3night but single day they do not clean room, change bed sheet etc. Staff no is very poor. We pay 22000 arround for 3night. But room like 1500 to 2000 catagories.
