Excellent and caring staff. Nikhil invested a lot of effort in bringing us warm milk for the baby several times, and gave personal attention to whether we are taken care of during breakfast - personal attention making you feel warm and welcome. Samiksha from front desk ensured we have everything needed. Room is modest but you have the facilities needed - all day hot water, electric bed warmer, etc.

The last 100 meters of the road to the hotel is steep and narrow. To be taken into account if you have a lot of luggage. There is a scope for finding an alternative to the naphthalene balls in the bathroom. Something else could be used for cleanliness. Naphthalene fumes are not good for aroma or for health.
