Muscatel Roma - 400 Mts from Mall Road

the location was perfect and the room was pretty.

although they had electric blankets on the bed, the room was very cold because there was no heating. I had a cold and it was very difficult at night in this room or when I had to get out of the bed. also it was wet in the room. in the morning all sheets were wet. I think it’s not ok that guests have to freeze in the room.

The staff is well mannered and the location of the hotel is also very near to the Mall road.

The bathroom was missing a wiper and the hotel was charging 350/- per night. As they we’re already charging premium, this should be included with the package.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, washroom was good

Took order for breakfast at 8am and served at 9:30 am which destroyed our morning plan. One person didn't get the complimentary breakfast ordering at 9am

1. The rooms are clean n spacious 2. The staff behavior was polite, gentle n helpful. 3. Reception guy Mr. Kiran is an excellent guy with a charming smile. 4. Bed warmers available

1. Location. Have to climb a stiff hillock 2. No in-house kitchen 3. Lack of options for breakfast as well as lunch n dinner. 4. Poor room service

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. The heated mattress made the difference.

The room was extremely humid, and at night it was very cold.

Understaffed ,but who ever 1 or ppl were prese t , were good to us

Nothing about this place is there to like. Even if you want to make a call at the reception, the phone not working

Nice hotel, with lovely simple rooms, extremely clean and they had heating blankets which is very much needed in Darjeeling. Kiran and Samiksha were very nice and helpful, especially with organizing local shared jeep in town. Would come back, thanks!

it’s located a bit uphill, so you need to climb a bit which wasn’t an issue for me

The Room is nice and bright. And the bathroom is also neat

I extended my stay at the reception. When I wanted to pay the receptionist raised the price for my room with almost 50% of my original booking.com booking. So watch out to NOT make a direct booking with this place! They will scam you. I just can not understand this action of the reception. Direct bookings should be encouraged! However, just make sure to book on booking.com even when you extend so there will be no surprise.
