We didn’t actually stay in this property. Upon check in we realised the place was so dirty and with 2 small kids with us we didn’t feel comfortable to let our kids sleep in the bed or use the shower. There was a stale smell and the sofa had stains on it. The cot that was there was broken so we couldn’t let our baby sleep in it anyway and he’s too small for a proper bed. We were in the house 1 hour and then we left to find other accommodation. The rubbish out the back was overflowing with recycling. The doors and walls had spill marks on them.

There were no curtains in bedroom and blinds didn’t completely shut so light came straight in. I also left a bag on the bench with personal belonging in. Message as soon as i was aware i had not put it in car. The host eventually replied to say the cleaner found them and just binned them. Inside had my food tubs, cooking pots, electric toothbrush and other things i put in bag when realised I didn't pack them. No refund or anything to cover costs of thrown away personal items. I know its not accommodations responsibility to store left behind things but you don't just bin peoples personal belongings. Very poor customer service by this place.

Bathroom/toilet doors didn’t lock

I especially liked the polite, safe and secure guiding we received from our hosts Peter and Tee, and the cleaning personal we met upon departure. The quality of the people was definitely in accordance to the quality of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room in the apartment. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to bring their family or friends for a visit to Manchester.

The only slightly negative, which isn´t really a problem at all, was that the sofa springs for the couch in the living room were a bit worn down. This didn´t really bother us much, and to be fair it´s almost like an insurance that it is a real place, when there´s just one thing that wasn´t entirely perfect haha.

交通不太方便，适合开车的旅客。领取钥匙不顺利，14：00pm到，房间还没清洁好，再外面等了1个小时，才进到房间。床不是太舒服，暖气也不知道怎么控制。由于不是酒店，居住还要额外交押金。由于是Air B&B，洗浴用品也都不提供。性价比不高。

Abbiamo soggiornato in sei nell’appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort! Tutte le stanze molto confortevoli come il soggiorno.

Peccato per il secondo bagno molto piccolo e provo di doccia.
