Excellent space for a single person travelling. Very comfortable bed.

Could leave a few more basics in the kitchen (salt/pepper etc). Parking in the area is always tricky.

Despite having been ‘recently renovated’, the property was very disappointing… -Parking was a nightmare -Gate to property has to be lifted in order to shut, latch is hanging off -Security light by back door broken/ hanging off and constantly flashing which must be driving the neighbours crazy. The solar light by back gate doesn’t work long enough to be of any use. -Patio large, bare, with holes in fence- not dog proof -Property freezing cold on arrival -No instructions how to use thermostat ‘boost’ -Mould/ damp around kitchen window and sitting room walls- entire apartment smelt of extremely badly of damp. All of our belongings still stank of it when we arrived home -No numbers or icons on oven dials, makes it impossible to use effectively -No oven gloves/chopping board -Toaster looks like a health hazard -Exposed wires by the bed -Bedside lamp bulb exploded when lamp turned on -Very basic furnishings which leaves property feeling like a halfway house, definitely not homely -Poor decorating/ finish/ carpets not tucked -Dirty sock left over in basket from a previous guest -Cracked drinking glasses/ chipped tableware -Windows have blown

The apartment is freshly decorated and well furnished, ideal for a couple visiting for business or leisure. The owner was very helpful, particularly as my booking was very last minute.

The parking is on the street, and entrance by the back of the building not easy to find. The patio is a large, weedy back yard. Perhaps there is the intention and potential to develop this into a more attractive and welcoming space in the future.

Good location, nice apartment for a short stay.
