1 Bed Central Grantham - Sleeps 4 - Garden - Amaya Two - Free Gym Access

The property is spacious. Extremely close to where we needed to be for our stay and town nearby by. Owner did respond immediately to problems we encountered.

Facilities are poor (especially as described as newly refurbished) - Clearer details needed about how to locate property (down dark alleyway, solar powered lighting needed) - Heating to be set before arrival time, freezing and damp in property until about an hour after arrival - instruction book needed as then far too hot overnight! - Instructions on how to operate shower should be provided in property, cold until you press a button! - cooker rings. a guessing game as no markings on it General state of decoration - poor around windows, skirting boards, bathroom (all rather done in a rush or on cheap) Entry code did not work - extremely stiff door, better lighting needed (longer period of being on, directed more towards keypad / door lock) Hygiene of every single plate - crackers / chipped so bacteria issues on unglazed parts (had been previously mention in review and not dealt with) Double glazed windows - blown or / and just plain filthy!

It was warm, cosy and welcoming, just what you need on a cold, dark December evening. Lots of space, good layout. The kitchen was very spacious. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Parked up easily.

There was a name sign for the accommodation, but we arrived when it was dark and we couldn't find the entrance gate. Contacted our host, who helped us instantly.

Lovely space, very clean. Lots of cutlery, plates, glasses etc. Fridge was spotless, bathroom spotless, toiletries and towels supplied. It even had Netflix.

Just the location, we struggled to park then we couldn’t find it, but we called the owner who answered straight away and he directed us straight there. So not a big issue.

Apartment was clean and tidy.

Parking was a nightmare. Key safe wouldn't work.

I have to say initially we had a bit of an issue with the property as there was no hot water or heating on a rather cold night . I rang Lloyd and I didn’t get a response but within 10 minutes I was talking to Lloyd about the issue . Sadly the meter had been run down hence no heat. Lloyd offered me a great resolution with another property just down the road WITH HEATING ! And a beautiful upgrade it was at no extra cost and to top it all , Lloyd refunded me £20 for the inconvenience. Can’t fault the weekend apart from the weather 😀
