This property was fantastically situated for our stay, walking distance to shops and places to eat and the train station. The property was clean and very well maintained. Great value for money.

A beautiful well equipped little property that had everything you would need staying in a home from home setting. The host was fantastic and very friendly and also contactable whenever you need anything. 10 minute walk from town centre and a spar shop just at the end of the road which is great for your essentials. McDonalds, Taco Bell and other restaurants just a few minutes walk. Lovely little private patio area with extra chairs if you need them. Bed linen was high quality hotel bedding and very clean and comfortable. Bed in main bedroom has a memory foam mattress which was very comfortable and sofa bed in the lounge was very comfortable too. Bed linen, quilt and pillows were also provided for this. There were fleece throws too if you needed an extra blanket. No noice from neighbouring properties and quite private overall.

On street parking is first come first serve so at times we ended up having to park a little further away from the property, which isn't a massive deal but a bit awkward when we were unpacking the car with an infant in hand. Tends to be busier on an evening for parking.

Cute and compact The property was perfect for what we needed The washing machine altho not used was a great addition. Handy having cleaning products and fairy ( I forget to pack mine)

Fag butts from previous guests left in drain under kitchen window (maybe providing an ashtray would stop this) The tenants or guest in the adjoining property were a little noisy at times

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We needed somewhere close to Melton Mowbray but we didn't want a hotel as we would have to eat out and spend a fortune on food - this apartment meant we could cook. The location was great with a nice little park across the road and takeaways just down the road.

The house was spotless and we had the pleasure of meeting the cleaner who was amazing! Such a credit We liked having the outdoor space as it was sunny We had a small issue with no bedding for the sofa bed, the owners and cleaner ensured that this was resolved within 30 minutes which was great. Great that there was washing up liquid and sponge as dont always get these at self catering Overall a great wee place that was cheap and cheerful!

Not so much that we didnt like but more about the cons- the people upstairs were very noisy- i dont necesaarily think it was them but more about the building itself we could hear everything.

The location was easy to find and park. This spacious apartment is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Also includes a fully functional kitchen should you want to cook. I used the sofa bed and that was surprisingly comfy, being an older woman, I like my comfort. Our small dog was accommodated for too, the courtyard was perfect for him too. The owners were easily accessible by phone and were very kind and understanding for my request, solving my issue.

Recommend curtains be replaced with blackout curtains, as it was very light early in the morning.
