House was very comfy and very quiet. Had everything you need. And the little nook in the main bedroom was funky

If i was to be picky as I am a cleaner myself.. I would make sure the conservatory windows were cleaned and the garden was weeded.

Good WiFi. Nice kitchen, good assortment of utensils/ appliances and condiments a big bonus. Even a washing machine. Comfortable lounge, big TV (also in double bedroom) V. comfy beds in the twin room. Nice workout room for morning exercise. Sunroom is great for games in the evening when it's cooler. .

The double bed was very soft so my back suffered a little. Drying line/rack/maiden not found so not able to make the most of the machine. The sun room tends to get rather hot during the day if it's sunny. Kids bedroom slightly on the small side.

Nice size

The garden was very overgrown with weeds and needed some attention. There needs to be a door on the utility from the kitchen as this looks a mess, The house is a little tired but functional.

Quite location

Plenty of cutlery and utensils in the kitchen comfortable front room lovely clean towels and bedding

Bathroom door didn’t close properly a big gap in it drawer in twin room had a load of crayons and pieces of paper inside which we had to take out had to hoover front room due to bits coming out of bean bag that had a hole in it garden and furniture could have been tidier
