It was a comfortable house for a family of 3/4. Superbly equipped kitchen.

There is nothing i could fault.

Quiet area. Clean with lovely kitchen and bathroom. Lovely and warm with good beds and bedding.

Location was fine for Scarborough and the surrounding area. House in quiet cul de sac. All kitchen items were in situ if you needed them. Comfy sofa and bed (although still squeaky). Parking off street in front garden area was a bonus

The back garden needs a refresh/tidy if you wanted to sit out. Other than that , house is as described.

It was very clean and tidy, good facilities, in a nice quiet residential neighbourhood

Not much not to like.. Only a little niggle were the curtains and curtain poles, the main living room curtains don’t hang properly and main bedroom curtain pole hanging off the wall

Nice modern kitchen and the conservatory was nice to have breakfast in, property was nice and clean, and there is a park for the kids on the doorstep

Good location. Quiet street. Comfortable sofa. My daughter loved the beanbags.

The double bed was uncomfortable and the bed was very creaky, every time one of us turned over the whole bed creaked. The mattress was too soft for my liking. I closed the kitchen door whilst I was in the kitchen but then couldn't open it again. Blinds at the bathroom window would be nice.

The house is located on a quiet Cul-de-Sac on the outskirts of Scarborough. There is a driveway so parking is not an issue. The house is a good size for a family of 4, or 2 couples. The décor is nice and it has all the facilities you require for a nice stay. The rooms are spacious. The bedding was nice and clean, beds well made and plenty of towels.

There are a couple of improvements I believe could be made to improve the facility. For me, the overall cleanliness could be improved across the house. For example, the kitchen floor seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for a while - my kids' were walking round bare foot and their feet were filthy. The general cleanliness in draws and cupboards needs improving and the house seemed to have a number of dead moths around around the windows. Additionally, the house would benefit from a blind in the bathroom for privacy and a blind on the upstairs landing to stop the morning sun shining into the twin room. The curtains in both bedrooms would benefit from being thicker, or blackout, to stop the light shining in at 5am.
