Lovely large room with private bathroom. Great location at the heart of Ambleside. Everything you needed worked well eg tv, WiFi etc. parking situation is good given challenges in the town.

Just bear in mind that this room overlooks the main road so there’s limited privacy in the day and a bit of noise until around midnight from the pub on weekends. But this is all manageable

Perfect location, close to bars, restaurants and grocery store. We stayed in the suite overlooking the street and mountains, 1000% worth it.
