Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam

De badkamer was lek, wc deed het als je het reservoir handmatig vol had laten lopen. Het was het minst fijne verblijf dat we tot nu toe hebben gehad. Prijs is te hoog voor de geleverde kwaliteit.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.

In unserem Zimmer wurde Teppichboden verlegt, dieser war etwas verschutzt. Zudem konnte das Wasser beim Duschen nicht richtig abfließen, da die Dusch nicht richtig Dicht war. Das Wasser wäre fast in Das Zimmer auf den Teppich gelaufen, wir mussten es mit den Handtüchern aufwischen.

Not a 4 star hotel, rooms are old and small and too expensive for what it is.

Rooms lack any sound proofing. From our room, we could hear music, talking outside, people moving around and talking in room below. The massage was nice but not amazing

We had no view from any of the rooms, there were no good amenities, stay was not comfortable, its not worth the money, in pictures its looks good but in actual its not

The property is ok, that staff is very nice. The breakfast was delicious and staff there were very tentative. The place is serene and had nice views of the mountains.

Amenities are not for 4 star hotel. Lack of gym, lotion, activities, and room service. you can hear EVERYTHING, we barely slept in our 2nd night due to an obnoxiously noisy guests that came in and ruined it, And the lack appropriate handling of the situation regarding this matter by staff. As it kept repeating. Hotel should think about either removing these types of guests or compensation of a nearby hotel for other guests. Our party and another were very inconvenienced by this matter. Thereby ruining our whole experience. The hair conditioner was watered down and not refilled. The honeymoon villa had carpets which is inconvenient for a pool villa or a rainy season.

Beautiful accommodation, staff were so lovely and helpful, rooms and the view are incredible!
