My spouse and I really liked the aesthetics of the place... right from when we entered into the building all the way up the stairs to the room. The owner has taste and we loved the harmony of colors and accessories put around the place to make the place look more like home. We were on the 1st floor and didn't need the elevator, but it was good to know they had installed an elevator to reach upper floors... and it's the first time I was seeing an elevator in Italy where the door auto opens and closes. The place was quite spacious and was in a nice neighborhood. We walked easily to all the tourist sites. Tiziana was very friendly and quite responsive. Compared to many other places we stayed in Italy, the shower stall in this unit was quite spacious. There was a washing machine downstairs in a separate room which makes it easy for anyone on a longer stay.

When we entered the unit, we noticed some dust on the bed cover and around the unit. The minute Tiziana heard of this, she sent someone who quickly cleaned the place.

The walls are not sound proof. We heard every step of upper floor guests. I think this is the only problem with this accomodation. Except that everything was OK.

Tastefully arranged and comfortable. Very good location. Dog friendly.

Perfect apartment for few days. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and equipment for coffee and tea. The owner responds fast and is helpful all the time.

In the evenings it was little bit noisy because of the bar in front of the apartment.

Location excellent.

Weather was poor.
