Great experience in staying in Borgo35 The host was very attentive and helpful. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to center. The perfect location from which to explore Parma! The room was designed perfectly and it was very clean. I strongly recommended this place!

Everything was amazing, very clean, renovated, all amenities available, location was great, i truly recommend this place.

The property is in the city centre, all is close. There was a fridge in the room and a few carafes that we could fill with water and cool. The property is very nicely refurbished, with all looking good quality and almost new. The bathroom was the best on our 16-day trip - drawers for toiletries and a proper shower with good water pressure. Nice touch with the bird atlas pictures in Czech and Slovak!

I wish the owners tried to spend one night in that room in 2 people. The room is on the 1st floor and has a single window to a lightwell. As there are 2 more floors above, there is literally no air coming into the room. It was 36 degrees outside during the day, so we tried the air conditioning for the night, but even with 29 degrees we still could feel the draught and could not sleep. When we switched it off, we could not breathe. We kept waking up gasping for air. Might be ok for 1 night but 3 were too much as we did not sleep properly. In addition, the lightwell also houses a lift with glass panels, which we did not realise at first, so it did not occur to us to close the curtains (blocking even the last air we could get). In the morning, we were woken up by sudden light, humming and a person moving up outside our window, which was scary. And btw that black picture is super depressing, it is like a window to hell.

Dark room with no access to fresh air. There was one window facing an internal shaft of the elevator.

The area where the apartment is situated is wonderful! Also, the building is gorgeous!! The room, although small, is very cute, super clean, and great for a short-term stay in beautiful Parma! Very clear directions from the host and great communication!

It was a bummer that there wasn't any sunlight coming in the room we stayed. Besides that, everything was great!

The accommodation was excellent, all the small details really made a difference. Highly recommended

I enjoyed staying at Borgo35. Owner is very kind and correspond very promptly. The room is small but well clearned up & comfortable. Location is very good and I can walk to the center of the city & Palma station.

I use this hotel for my business trip so if there is a desk, it would be much better for me.

The location was ideal. Close walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see. The decor at this property was lovely.
