It was great accommodation, very roomy and comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is located just a few blocks from the centre of town on a quiet little side street. You have use of a washing machine, of which I took advantage. No breakfast provided but a little trattoria right across the street.

The quiet little side street comes alive at night. The little trattoria and the bar in the building next door attract a large crowd and are busy until midnight on weekdays and 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday. People gather in the street and it is quite noisy. Fortunately, the suite has good soundproofed windows so it was not a problem for me.

Spacious even had a well stocked kitchen and dining area with huge fridge. Had clean nice elevator

Parking was very hard to find better instructions are needed but once we found it everything was ok

- noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard (door and ceiling very thin) - quite some dust in room (on blanket and in the loft)

No staff on site. All is managed by email or wapp.

Great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Parma. The rooms were spotless and with modern bathrooms. Really appreciate the extra touches such as tea/coffee making, refrigerator and the filtered water. The decor of the property was lovely too and communication with the host was very easy. Great value for money.

Nothing at all. You cannot fault this property. The rooms and property are advertised accurately, and will meet all expectations.
