4 Bedroom holiday home at 99

Location was good, close to the Manakau Westfield and Rainbows End.

Upon arrival, area smelt like fish. Rubbish bins outside the front door weren't emptied! The couch was uncomfortable, it was broken and could feel the springs. The slat beds in Master bedroom an room next to it broke during the night, like became unslotted. The WIFI was slow and kept buffering through TV shows. A/C didn't feel like it was working properly.

Close to the shops

Location was really bad. My car got broken in to and my phone got stolen. No aircon upstairs so it was really uncomfortable. Wifi was really slow. Basically no point of connecting to it. Furniture was in bad condition. Couch had a sharp spring poking out of it and was also very uncomfortable to sit on. Not good for people who are sharing an Airbnb with family as there is insufficient parking space and you can’t trust parking your car on the street.

Location was good and had sufficient bedrooms.

Couches were broken, the dishwasher was broken, there was no air conditioning upstairs. The bed needed to be fixed. The bed felt like it was going to collapse under you. There was a lot of basic items items that was not available in the kitchen like knives, spoons, coffee maker, etc.

I love how clean and comfortable the house was.

The TV wasn't working or the remote for the TV wasn't working.

Check in was really smooth and easy, very helpful and clear instructions from the owner, as for the inside the beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice

We had a fairly rough start to our stay. After a long drive, we were really looking forward to a shower, only to find there was no hot water due to missing gas cylinders. I contacted the owner, and to their credit, the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, there were several other issues. The house did not appear to be fully clean, as we found flies on the kitchen bench, on the floor, and in the master bedroom. We also noticed suspicious stains on the couch, and the seating itself was uncomfortable, with the springs digging into you when sitting down. Lastly, the property appears quite worn overall. There are scuff marks throughout the walls and several holes that have been poorly patched, which gives the house a tired and heavily used feel.
