4 Bedroom holiday home at 99

Spacious, great location, 3 bathrooms, big kitchen and dining area, warm garage with washing/drying in the one machine. Walk in wardrobe, great showers, huge TV, aircon, self locking front door, view. The host was readily available via text to answer any questions or troubleshooting issues.

Both couches are hard with springs trying to burst out of it, there was initially no modem attached to TV so we couldn't watch tv for a night, we fpund out the next morning that we didnt have hot water, later I found out the gas had run out, lucky for Google I was able to turn the other bottle on. The beds and pillows were quite hard, and there were long pubic hairs on the shower and bathroom floor.

The location was great. The property was outstanding and beyond what we thought it would be like. The facilities were excellent. Kitchen spacious and had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay

Could have been cleaner, dishwasher did not work and hosts made no effort to rectify - often communication was with staff who didn’t seem to understand English, no partial refund was offered.

This property had everything we needed. Great comms to very beautiful finishings in the kitchen - the gas stove was a winner, bedrooms and bathrooms - small but beautiful finishings in the bathrooms with everything you needed. 2 showers and 3 toilets perfect for my whānau👌🏽 My children even commented on the electrical plugs in their rooms saying how there were plenty, the carpet so soft and the house very warm for just one small blanket on the beds and in the middle of winter. Overall a well designed home with everything we needed👍🏼

A suggestion to have spare rubbish bags and clothes to wipe benches and tables. Also a stash of extra rolls of toilet paper in the house.

It was a good size for th family and all that we needed and comfortable and modern. Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and size kitchen and living areas

The hole in th wall in th master bedroom and th couches, u sit on springs, sorry not comfortable and th need for more cutlery.

No enough utensils to accommodate 8 people

Only feedback is a WIFI extender might be helpful, as WIFI doesn’t reach all rooms upstairs. And add a few more plates, cutlery and cups, there weren’t enough for our family. The red bin was already full when we arrived so we had to get creative with getting rid of our trash.
