We arrive one of couches broken, hot water always ran out and slow response from owner to get things fixed!

We recently stayed in a 4-bedroom house that was meant to accommodate 8 people, but it was a major let-down. The property was not adequately stocked with basic amenities, and the overall comfort was lacking. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with not enough plates, cups, or utensils for all of us. We had to constantly wash dishes after every meal because there simply weren’t enough to go around. For a property that claims to host 8 people, this is unacceptable. Additionally, the house was not stocked with enough toiletries for our 5-night stay. We were left without sufficient toilet paper and soap, and had to go out and buy more supplies ourselves, which added to the inconvenience. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of a cooling system in the upstairs bedrooms. Despite being in a house with 4 bedrooms, none of them had air conditioning or fans, and the nights were unbearably hot. We had trouble sleeping and it made the entire stay uncomfortable. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The house didn’t live up to the expectations for the price, and we felt that it was not adequately prepared for a group of 8 people. We will not be returning, and we strongly advise future guests to confirm that the property has all the necessary amenities before booking.

Not enough mugs/bowls/cutlery

Very nice accommodations and location.

Parking was a bit rough. Had to just park in front of property as it was shared and if everyone was home it could get tight. Dinner set was a bit lacking. Only 2 coffee cups no cereal bowls. Pots 3 lids but only one pot. It would have been good just to have more utensils, bowls so we could cook there instead of eating out.

The house 99c was great. It was clean, welcoming, very good atmosphere, very good location. It was a perfect accommodation for families visiting Auckland. Some technical issues with internet but all sorted once reach out to the responsible contact. Definitely coming back in my next trip. Very convenient location and acess to home.

My only concern was upstairs not having air-conditioning. It would get really hot and stuffy, opening the windows was okay but then flies and other insects come in.

Called - had trouble entering - very rude. Wifi not plugged in.

Stairs is a hazard no handrails

Everything and very convenient for a group
