A62 - Cul de Sac Apartment in Lagos

I stayed here for three nights and overall, the apartment was fine. The positives were that it was clean, in good condition, and equipped with useful things like a washing machine and a small kitchenette. Having these amenities made the stay more convenient.

However, there were some major drawbacks that would keep me from staying here again. The apartment lacked very basic essentials: there was no hand soap in the bathroom and almost no dish soap in the kitchen. I have never in my life stayed at an accommodation where such basic items were not provided. When I contacted the staff, I was told they don’t provide dish soap (which is surprising, considering there’s a full kitchen) and that they would bring hand soap. Despite my follow-up, no hand soap was ever provided during the entire stay. The kitchen also didn’t have other basics like salt or cooking oil. Additionally, while there were extra pillows, they had no pillowcases. When I raised this, the staff said they would provide pillowcases, but just like the hand soap, they never delivered them. Overall, the customer service and the way my requests were handled left a negative impression. While the place itself is clean and functional, the lack of basic items and the poor service were disappointing. I wouldn’t choose this accommodation again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Encontramos un alojamiento bien cuidado, con todo funcionando como se esperaba. No faltaba nada.

La propiedad tiene una buena ubicación, y sobre todo es muy cómodo que tenga parking exterior. Es silencioso y estuvimos cómodos. El precio un poco elevado en relación a lo que era. Podemos decir que el departamento CUMPLIÓ. Lo que estaba un poco raro es que había bastante humedad, entiendo que es por ser una planta baja pero eso no nos gustó mucho. Es un departamento un poco húmedo, pero nos sirvió para hacer base y recorrer todo el Algarve de forma cómoda:)

Una familia vive arriba del departamento y a las 7,8 de la mañana se levantan y hacen mucho ruido y tienen un perro que que no para de andar de un lado al otro y se escucha un montón por el techo.

Klimaanlage hat gefehlt! Im August in der Nacht war es extrem heiß, Nachbarn an den Fenstern vorbeigegangen, komplizierte Schlüsselübergabe (im Büro in der Stadt abzuholen)

L’appartamento è nel complesso carino e accogliente. Le dimensioni sono ridotte, ma risulta comodo e funzionale per due persone. La posizione è davvero ottima: in circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge, il che lo rende ideale per una vacanza al mare.

Purtroppo la comunicazione con gli host non è stata delle migliori: abbiamo spesso dovuto attendere a lungo per ricevere risposte. Inoltre abbiamo riscontrato un problema con la presa del frigorifero; ci era stato detto che sarebbe arrivato un tecnico, ma non si è mai presentato. La cucina, infine, non è ben attrezzata: mancano diversi elementi di base che ci si aspetterebbe di trovare, come sale, olio e tovaglioli.

Zona tranquilla.

Appartamento a livello garage con piccole finestre. Molto basso e poco accogliente. Bagno senza finestre molto piccolo. Cucina con l’indispensabile. Non c’è una porta per la camera quindi entrano luce e rumori.
