Very good layout with separate bedroom and living areas. The kitchen was well appointed. The washing machine and dryer were located externally but free to use. The owner provided washing tablets that was very appreciated as it is difficult to go shopping for washing powder for one or two laundry washing

Coffee and tea quality was not the greatest. However, we are aware this is a very minor issue and did not majorly affect our stay.

Very comfortable. Location was great for walking tours, groceries, and restaurants. Arrival and departure instructions were very thorough. Also included general information regarding operation of appliances and location of garbage and laundry facilities.

We were a bit unclear on the parking situation upon arrival but a quick call took care of questions. Otherwise, no issues whatsoever.

Great host, clean apartment and great amenities such as washing facilities etc

The flat was super comfy and everything smelled new and luxurious. The kitchen is fully equipped, really everything was there to make us feel at home, despite our 2 days short stay. The flat was easy to access, the view to the ocean was nice, and the light was bright. We were lucky enough to have a sunny day, which allowed us to enjoy lunch on the Terrasse. The bed had a fantastic mattress and cushions. The location holds easy parking just under the building, with a short walk to the city centre. Highly recommended.

Clean and Nice

Very clean apartment., quiet location, has a balcony, the kitchen was well equipped, grocery store around the corner. It was wonderful for our family of three! Great communication with the owner. Added bonus of being able to drop luggage at a nearby cafe before check-in. We didn’t need it, but a really nice arrangement for those that might need to drop off/store luggage.

It’s not in the center of the city. We had a rental car, so it was not an issue for us. We wanted a quieter location vs being right in the noisy center of town and this was absolutely perfect. Many tours that we booked offered pick ups right near this building too. Still within walking distance to some popular areas (15 min walk for us), like the main road for shopping. We used our car (5-10 min drive) for other sites, like the harbor area and Perlan Museum.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent. Also, the host was very responsive to our queries. The washing and drying facilities were very modern and easy to use.
