Location to centrum and train station

Having to pay for parking on hotel property. I’ve stayed here many times in the past and was never charged for parking. I think quality has lapsed. I will stay somewhere else next time

Prijs kwaliteit: voor dit geld moet je geen luxe verwachten. Prima voor 1 nachtje. Pand is aan renovatie toe. Douche was slecht. Warm /koud/warm/koud.. thermostaatkraan deed zijn werk niet goed. Lamp was stuk naast het bed. Omgeving prima.

"Location was good but I wouldn't stay there again"

The breakfast was substantial and the location of the hotel was pretty good

The room was pretty bad. The laminate was peeling off the floor, you couldn't sit on the toilet AND close the door. I'm only 5ft tall and my knees were pressed against the door when I tried to close it anyone taller would have to keep the door open. You also stepped out of the shower, straight onto the toilet :-( The room decor was extremely tired. The price was very high for the state the room was in.

The hotel is clean, there's parking available for guests (at an extra charge, though) and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel is old, the room is old and the facilities are old. It really needs an upgrade. It was quite expensive too for its quality, but then again everything was expensive in Valkenburg around Christmas time, so this is understandable.

"Eaters Not working and rude Person at the desk"

The eaters in my room didn't work .I actually had to sleep with my jacket on under the blanket.In the morning when i had to check out i told at the man working at the desk that the eaters didn't work and that i wanted to be refound(my room was 64 euro) .He answer me really badly with words that i cannot even write here because they are forbidden by booking.com. So Watch Out of you have to stay in this hotel in the Winter because you are Going to freeze. I Will never come back here.
