The staff was friendly

Old. The beds. Way to soft. Forget my pillow that I always bring with me. Text the hotel to send it up. Payments on me offcourse. They even didn’t react

De kamer stonk ontzettend naar rook, ondanks dat het een rookvrije kamer was. Bovendien klapte de douchekop uit elkaar toen ik onder de douche wilde stappen. Bij de receptie aangegeven, maar ze hebben hier niets mee gedaan, op een 'oh, sorry', na. Interieur is oudbollig en de lift oogt alsof deze elk moment uit elkaar kan vallen.

Room had ripped sheets, bathroom had average cleaning. TV didn't work (cables not plugged in, missing channels). Breakfast was not as expected, bread was stale (especially the croissants). Reported this to reception
