Clean and good communication from host.

We stayed in apt 9. The previous guest put a hole in the bathroom door. Host had pre warned us about this and as we were not checking in till later got handyman to fix this. Green tape was put on both sides of the door. Blind was broke and didn't close properly making it difficult to sleep in the morning. 35- 40 min walk from the centre

Overall the room was nicely decorated and provided a kettle, microwave, cooker. There was free wifi which was a bonus and parking.

When we arrived at the property we walked upstairs to the studio in which it was a bit run down and there was electricals just out with no cover. Arrived in the room and the toilet seat was broke which wasn’t ideal. The room was kinda clean however could tell it hadn’t been hoovered or the windows cleaned. It also missed a lot of kitchen equipment such as chopping boards.

Spacious area although lacked character

Window didn't close properly letting in alot of noise from the main road., No cooking hob as described. Bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. Pass codes for key box entry differed from booking app to email confirmation, resulting in 30mins of trailing back correspondence to eventually find correct code after a long days travel.

The traffic noise from the main road was horrible. There was no ironing facility in the room.
