The shower was good.

The actual building is filthy, I wasn’t given a main door key to the property and when contacting the team they initially said ‘I didn’t need one’ which i definitely did because if I left the building I couldn’t get back in. Then after messaging again they said they would put one in my key box the following morning - they didnt!!! I couldn’t leave to get dinner, horrible experience.

Shower was powerful

The bed was too small, not ideal for an adult couple, it’s advertised as a king. You can hear everything going on in the hallway as the doors are not solid material, people talking, banging doors etc. I got a call at 10pm from the owner/management asking if I could open the front door for someone with no explanation

The bed is too soft and it tends to make me tried for a long time working. Also, the chair reminds me to stand up for no more than 1 hour's working :D

I physically could not pin point anything I liked about this apartments. The room was filthy and the staff were aggressive and rude.

When making a booking online it asks you to choose your check in time, we selected between 3 and 4. We arrived at the building at 3:57 and entered our room… upon entering the room was absolutely disgusting.. it hadn’t been cleaned. We called the number provided and expressed how we felt about the state of the room and that we no longer wanted to stay and requested a refund. Jane.. the lady that we spoke too about this situation had offered us a late checkout and our cleaning fee back. We took some time to cool down about how horrified we were and agreed that we would stay. The room was not ready for an hour costing us a total of £40 we had paid for a deposit for our food reservation that was booked for 4:30. We had paid for the uber to collect us from the apartment at 4:20 so we also lost out on an additional £18 due to the fact our room was not ready and we were left to stand in the hallway. When entering our room after it had been ‘cleaned’ we found it absolutely filthy. There was a genital hair on the toilet seat.. what I can only hope is facial hair around the sink. The bathroom tap and shower tap was covered in toothpaste aswell as the mirror. The tiles were evidently dirty, there were crumbs everywhere. The microwave had food inside.. and the sink had not been cleaned as it had coffee inside. This does not meet any sort of expectation we had and it violated every health and safety requirement. Not to mention the fire hazard being that there is a kitchen in with doors that have a key instead of a thumb lock. I will attach pictures of the room for evidence.

Location and some 2 bit HMO in rough location with people that looked Luke they’d just been released from His Majesty’s pleasure.

Ideal room for short and long stays, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, the area is about half an hour from the city center but it has very close places to buy such as the Aldi or the Lidl if you travel for work it is an ideal place
