Everything could have been better. Described as an apartment but was more like a bedsit. For four days out of my 11 day stay there was no hot water. Just awful.

The location was good good as easy to get into the centre. Free parking.

The bathroom light didn't work, I message the property upon check in and it wasn't resolved during our stay meaning we had to use our phone torch everytime we went in as there is no window or natural light. There was also a big damp patch above the bed and above the shower due to poor ventilation from the shower. Also provided a tiny fan when it is a top floor room meaning it was very hot at night. Should have a tower fan.

The only thing I can really say that I liked was the free parking and the free wifi.

We were very disappointed with the room. The bed wasn’t properly done, the duvet was creased and it was like someone had just chucked the pillows on the bed. The shower and bathroom wasn’t cleaned, there was a pee and toilet roll in the toilet when we got there. There were dirty glasses in the cupboard and the tea towel was like it had been used and chucked on the draining board and also The mirror in the property was broken. Overall for what we paid for it, it wasn’t good at all.

Good free car parking. Decent location. Back door was useful. Ok-ish for bicycle parking. Nice shower. Flat was clean and modern. Easy self-check-in with keysafe. Big enough for 1 person & luggage. The absent host responded to some of the issues.

Stank of weed. Broken blind. No toilet roll provided until I complained. Very heavy front door. Hedge growing over the door. Needs a number sign outside to help you find it. Extremely noisy neighbours during the night, blasting music, singing etc. on several nights. No recycling bin. Walls need re-painting really. Very hot inside. Rather basic bedding. Broken glass in the yard. Quite a limited selection of cutlery and utensils etc. No oven gloves. There are 2 hob rings, but only 1 small saucepan and no frying pan, so you can't possibly use both. Doors will slam unless you're very careful. Motion-sensing light right outside the window shines in. No access to the park behind.

the location so far from the city centre the room was so noisy from the street also, some people in other room they knock my door at 3 am, it was so scared
