Una sorta di ex sottotetto industriale trasformato in appartamento. La struttura è fredda, le stufe non funzionano, negli armadi (inutilizzabili e casualmente sparsi per casa) abbiamo trovato muffa, polvere e cartacce. La tv non ha segnale e non c’è il Wi-Fi. Le finiture sono grezze, l’isolamento è minimo, gli impianti lasciano a desiderare. L’ingresso tramite scale è terrificante e puzza di chiuso/muffa. Come se non bastasse, la porta non si chiude!! La sensazione è quella di NON sicurezza, esposizione eccessiva ed inquietudine generalizzata. I proprietari non rispondono. Non ci sentivamo tranquille per cui siamo scappate poco dopo il nostro arrivo e abbiamo dormito in un hotel.

Unfortunately, the accommodation does not match what was advertised on Booking.com, and the overall condition is unacceptable. The problems we have encountered include: • NO WiFi, despite it being listed as an available facility • The entrance door is very difficult to open and close, raising safety concerns • Only 3 towels provided, although the booking were for 4 guests • The bathroom is in poor condition and not properly maintained • The TV is a decoration only - unusable (no channels and no internet connection) • No proper heating — the radiators are also only decorations - none of them working, and there is only a very small portable heater for the entire flat • The extra pillow provided is used and extremely flat • No wardrobe or proper storage for clothes — we have had to live out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay • Due to the lack of heating, the flat is very cold; all of us got cold, and even towels do not dry properly Additionally, we were informed that an extra towel and an additional heater would be provided, but these NEVER been delivered. These issues have significantly affected our comfort and experience, and the listing is clearly misleading. We are requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the conditions we have had to endure.!!!

The only good thing about this property was the location. It was in the city centre.

There was no heating. They provided two small heaters that weren’t even working effectively, couldn’t warm up the rooms at all. We were freezing the first night. I had to check out and get a second accommodation for the rest of our stay. The floor by the washroom was seeping water from under the flooring. The entire experience was very bad. Not enough towels and bed linens to even compensate for a cold night.

Excellent location

No heating and it was really cold. Shower was a joke and there was a lot of rubbish outside the flat.

The host didn’t clean the house. We had dirty beds, wet used towels, dirty kitchen utensils, and dirty rubbish everywhere.

There was no heating, the place was dirty, the tv did not work and people outside smoking weed. Booked two nights only stayed one.

Nothing. It was horrendous!

There was black mould everywhere. No heating only 2 small plug ins that didn't give out heat. No shower curtain, no bath mat, not enough towels or toilet roll. Bath leaked cause there's no shower curtain and the floor was flooded, we needed shoes on at all times as there was no mop, or any cleaning supplies. Smelled damp. Corridor on stairs was filthy with no lights. All in all it gave off transpotting vibes and we didn't feel safe. Tried to call for supplies and they wouldn't answer. Do not stay here.
