Edinburgh elms for 4 - New Town - City Center EB8

The location was great. It has a comfy bed, a nice kitchen and a functioning bathroom with great water pressure and temperature.

It was freezing cold(we went in winter) and only had two small heaters which barely did anything. The door didn’t lock went we left for the day so we had to bring all our important documents with us. The overall flat smelled of mildew.

The location was good and it was spacious.

No heating so was freezing cold. Mould everywhere and had two asthmatics staying there. The entrance felt unsafe and feel this should have been included in the booking information.

Good rooms

No hot water service and the location (entrance).

Absolutely nothing!! We left after an hour. We only stayed an hour so we could book other accommodation.

Everything. It’s unsafe, unclean, cold and not fit for purpose.

El alojamiento es fantástico para una pareja muy acogedor y muy buena ubicación y bonito

Lo malo es una tercera planta sin ascensor pero bueno como en muchos sitios de allí tampoco es una barbaridad, le falta unas pequeñas cosillas como unas almohadas un poco más cómodas y el sofás si se tiene que renovar el relleno del mismo para una mejor comodidad , la cortina de la ducha eso mejor mampara y una cosa imprescindible es un cubo con fregona y recogedor con cepillo y el calefactor del comedor lo cambiaba por uno como el de la habitación por seguridad son pequeños detalles que hacen mejorar la estancia pero está muy bien yo con esos detalles de cambio es top pero que es un alojamiento que volvería a repetir

Poor customer service, poor facilities, flat not yet made on day of booking.

Location was good

No bedclothes on beds, dirty wet towels un bathroom, bins in kitchen stacked full, heating didn't work, cleaners not done their job from previous tenants, freezing cold all night with no clean bedding, empty beer and wine bottles and food containers in kitchen, bathroom unclean, wet dirty towels, no toilet paper, couldn't even watch tv as no aerial or input device, the worst experience I've ever had with a rental property, host messaged me and said there's no cleaner available and they would give me a refund and I can find somewhere else, at 8pm in evening lol, I mean we were stopping for 1 night in edinburgh, terrible just terrible

It is a lovely apartment, very spacious and central. The host seems very kind (though we didn't meet) it's everything that we wanted, perfect place in the centre of town.
