Great location, you can walk everywhere. Besides, is a spacious flat for 4 guests.

When I arrived the sheets of the main bed where dirty (used by the latests guests).

"Pessimo! Al gelo!"

La posizione comoda e centralissima

Seppure l’appartamento è carino, la pulizia lasciava un po a desiderare, il lavandino della cucina era intasato e cosa disagevole è stato vivere al freddo a causa dei caloriferi non funzionanti, si gelava!

"Good for a place to rest your head on a budget in Edinburgh, great location."

The apartment had enough space for 4 adults, and it is a really great location. Walking distance to everything (if you like walking!)

The apartment is located in a kind of run down looking building, lots of dust and messes everywhere, all upstairs. Once you’re up there it’s secure, but it may make you feel a little uncomfortable walking up/down the stairs. The windows are also paper-thin and we could hear everything going on outside into the hours of the morning.

Hyvä sijainti, tilava ja valoisa huoneisto

Huoneisto oli kylmä eivätkä lisäpatterit tuottaneet lämpöä riittävästi. Wifi puuttui vaikka oli listattu mukavuuksissa. Tv oli listauksen mukaisesti mutta tv-antenni/verkkoyhteys puuttui, joten sitä ei voinut käyttää. Keittiön viemäri oli tukossa. Toivottavasti puutteet on nyt korjattu. Alakerran pubista poistujat aiheuttivat melua, koska vain asunnossa on vain yksinkertaiset ikkunat. Porraskäytävä oli epäsiisti, pimeä ja haisi pahalle.

La ubicación es excelente. Lo mejor del apartamento sin duda la ubicación !!! Cama de matrimonio grande , cómoda.

Es un tercer piso sin ascensor , los fines de semana mucho ruido ya que está en pleno centro del new town , street Prince.!!! Baño aspecto viejo, pero lo demás está aceptable.

"Excellent city centre location."

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Very clean.

Probably needs a bit of TLC, especially in the bathroom, but it wouldn’t put me off staying again.

No wifi, limited cellphone service Sink was blocked and did not have hot water TV is pointless - didn’t work Kitchen was very sparse (not many pots/pans)
