Primero, a las 19 de la noche se encendió la alarma de incendio. Estábamos en un piso 6 y comenzamos a bajar las escaleras, al llegar a PB nos indican que no era nada. En él transcurso del incidente nadie del hotel nos dijo nada ni que había pasado. Luego al realizar el check out se dañó el elevador y tuvimos que bajar 4 maletas por las escaleras desde el piso 6 y nadie del hotel pudo ayudar por más que llamamos a recepción. Pésimo servicio

Good bed, Good parking space. I liked that the front office staff was very helpful.

the breakfast, it was a really bad. Nothing fresh. the selection was very poop.

The breakfast was great and had many options. The lobby seemed to be maintained enough.

The facilities overall seemed to be in a rundown state. Cracks in the tile, out of order elevator, bed sheets that don't fully fit the mattress. Signage is wrong so when I tried to go find a vending machine, I had to go ask front desk because the cleaning staff only spoke Spanish. (Normally don't mind, just was added inconvenience) I understand not understanding what I was asking but at least try to request assistance.
