"An authentic taste of what life was like in the early days of Helena, very memorable!"

It is a historical home that has been divided into different units. I stayed on the third floor with a comfortable queen bed, small bath with shower, and kitchen area that had a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, sink and kitchenware. It was roomy for a single or couple and was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Helena has a very interesting history and the home is walking distance to Last Chance Gulch which has numerous eating and drinking establishments. I highly recommend for a unique place to stay and experience Montana's capital city.

Limited parking on the property but lots of free parking on the street. It was not a problem.

The hosts sent me welcoming emails with easy to follow directions. I met the hosts upon arrival and they were very welcoming, but then let me alone to complete my work.

Lovely historic and characterful old house in a beautiful area within easy walking distance to Helena centre. Room was large and comfortable and Laura was really helpful. It was nice to stay somewhere a bit different.

Cute, Comfortable Large Bed. Cozy Mini Kitchen and Bathroom/Shower in the Room. Very Clean with a Full Size Shared Kitchen Near By (this includes a stove and oven) Should You Require.

This only draw back to this Vintage Valentine is that the Wilde Room was located 3 floors up. It appears that the old timey tub/shower is more of a shower (possibly to save any overflo to a lower floor). This however would not keep me from another visit. Just Lovely!!

"Like coming home to a comfortable and lovely apartment - quiet, well-located, and well-appointed"

The house is beautifully restored, but with modern comforts which are still in keeping with an older property. I loved being able to open the windows and there was a great view from my room. The neighbourhood was quiet but also close to downtown so it was lovely to be able to walk and cycle everywhere. Speaking of which, the hosts made a special effort to find somewhere for my bike to be locked up while I was staying there.

Everything was fine, so no dislikes at all.
