The room was cozy and nice, all it really needed would be a comfortable chair to sit in, there is definitely room for one. The building and grounds were nice.

Booking.com did NOT disclose this room was a 3rd story walkup! I am 70 years old and handicapped and would not have booked had this been disclosed. The booking was non-refundable and there is no front desk facility to talk to so I had to manage with the multiple flights of stairs in this historic home for our 2 night stay. The owner was somewhat sympathetic and said they disclose the third floor room, but apparently Booking.com had removed that info in order to list area attractions! As much as I might like to return, I am not physically able to handle those old, steep stairs.

It was such a cute and inviting space. Loved the little kitchen nook, cleanliness, and peace it brought.

Wow what a great stay, clean comfortable quirky, all the things I love and none of the things I don’t love. Gorgeous historic charm in a lovely area

Absolutely nothing , although fair warning is that this is a historic home and has all the quirks and creaks of one. I actually list this as a “like”while others may see it as a negative.

The location is perfect for walking in downtown Helena It’s an elegant old home with lots of history A kitchen is a nice amenity even though I didn’t use it. Easy check-in and out Comfortable bed

It’s an old house so not well insulated against noise.

Different from chain hotels

It was charming, clean, comfortable, and a great location. We had to scramble to get an extra night someplace when our movers were delayed and the hosts tried their best to help us. Ultimately we found another accommodation, but these hosts were gracious and tried their best. We didn't realize it had a kitchen available in the house well as full set of dishes in our particular room. This really helped us save some money while we waited for our movers to come into town.

Had to watch our heads on the angled ceilings, as expected in any finished attic. Bathroom was lovely, and a bit cramped. My husband had to duck to get his head under the shower and to keep from bumping his head. Still and all, it was lovely for a few nights. Didn't realize the third floor climb when we booked, which was a bit of a chore as we were moving into town and had more than the usual travelers baggage to bring in and out. But that's on us, not on them. We would have done it even if we had known.
