I did not receive any breakfast, I did not know there was a breakfast included. The coffee and extra blanket was a nice touch.

Third floor suite was difficult for me to access with all of my military gear, it was exhausting lugging all of my personal and military belongings up and down the multiple flights of stairs to the third floor.

Very nice and comfortable room, large bathroom.

Minor point - if I were staying for more than 1 night, a larger, more comfortable chair in the corner to sit and read would make the room more pleasant.

Cool old house from 1800's. Wild(e) Room on third floor is quite large. As expected in a house of this age the bathroom is cramped, but clean and functional. Small kitchen nook in room has a sink, microwave, pod coffee maker and a bar fridge. There is a shared kitchen between the two third floor rooms as well that i didn't use. Walking distance to reeders alley, last chance gulch.

Room could use a bedside lamp. A deadbolt inside the room. Seating on the front entranceway patio.
