Scammers!!! I booked a room to fly in at night and take a plane to France in the morning. While I was flying, representatives of the hotel called me from two rooms, without getting through to me, they sent instructions on how to get to the hotel, wrote the room number and said that the door would be open. When I arrived, I got to the hotel at night at about 23:30 pm, I followed the instructions, got into a closed hotel where there was no staff, found a room and it was closed, I couldn't get into it, walked around the hotel, looked for people and found no one, 23:56 I took a picture of the closed I sent the door of the room to the people who called me, they answered me only in the morning. Tired from a long flight and with a dead phone, I went to look for a new hotel in London at night. When asked to return the money, they began to wonder why I did not get into the room, then they said that they looked at the cameras and saw me enter the room and stay there until the morning, this is an obvious lie, this is not a hotel, but scammers. I have experienced great inconvenience on this trip and I am still being blamed. If they have cameras, they can show me how I entered the room, but they don't send me photos and videos, they cheat me not to return the money. I would not want anyone else to be in my situation, I am very upset that this happened in London, in such a beautiful and decent city of gentlemen. I highly recommend that you do not cooperate with this hotel (

The equipments are new and everything down to tooth paste coffee tea were provides.

Shortage of chairs to dine together. The unit i stay has only one chair. Noisy. The unit i stay was too close to the road side.

I was traveling from another country and I had a hard time to charge my phone, because of special UK electrical outlets. It would be very thoughtful to provide adaptors for travellers with at list USB port

Property was clean, but badly let down by previous occupants dirty, smelly dishes left in the dishwasher. Near to Heathrow.

Firstly, couldn't find it, the name on the building our satnav took us to was entirely different but told by some people coming out we were in the right place. We had been given no instructions as to how to access the building.Tried to call owner but it was a premium number not covered by my phone plan and why should I have to pay anyway? Emailed him instead. All this after a very long,tiring drive standing in a rubbish strewn carpark. Owner then contacted me and told me where the key was. Property is advertised as having a sofa bed- it doesn't. There is a folding camp bed under the sofa, totally unsuitable for our adult son even for a very brief one night stay. I would not have booked it had I known.
