On the face of it well priced for the area

Although near to the Airport on a map and google shows a 13 minute walk, walking is impossible and dangerous to the accommodation. You have to go to a proper hotel and then call an Uber (£25.00) There was no hot water in the morning which before a 6am flight is not acceptable and no response from the properties agent. One of the beds was an incredibly noisy blow up mattress wedged into the living room.

Hot water wasn’t working

NOTHING! I need a refund as I could have gotten a hotel near the airport for less than what I paid for that place.

The property was not as close to the airport as advertised. The whole ad for the building was false. The elevator was broken so we had to drag our luggage up three flights of stairs, the carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty. When we woke up on Wednesday morning there was no hot water. During the night a group of young men were below our window and made so much noise It was terrible.

(Written by Kevin’s daughter, who the booking was for) 1. The check in process is downright unsafe. After sending a picture of my ID for them to confirm my identity, the host (who never provided their name) texted me the check-in instructions. I had to navigate to an address name that was not the same one listed on Booking.com (in fact, the listed hotel name can’t be found by a Google search) and was told: use the provided door code to enter the front of the apartment building, go to the provided apartment door. We will leave that door unlocked and the key will be on a table for you. I texted back to confirm that the front door was secure, because I didn’t like the idea of walking in (alone, at 11:30 at night) to an unlocked apartment. They said yes, it’s totally secure and safe. But when I arrived, the front building door that I was meant to use the code for was UNLOCKED and AJAR. It was also unlocked when I left in the morning. This is completely unacceptable. The property was entirely unsecure when I checked in and there was little communication from the anonymous host. 2. The place had dishes in the dishwasher and left over food from other guests in the pantry. 3. The listing on booking.com is misleading. It is not attached to any Heathrow terminal.

The location to the airport was within 5 mins by bus, as we discovered. As the security locked coded front door on the ground floor was broken, we were told that we could walk straight into the apartment on the first floor and find the key in the Apartment on the table. On the downside the Apartment was advertised as the London Luxury Suites & Apartments, I was surprised to find that we ended up at the Voyager House Apartment which was located in an Industrial area.

I paid for 3 people accommodation and found 1 double bed and my adult daughter had to sleep in a small box/computer room on a child size low fold up bed with 3 pillows as a mattress which gave her a backache. She had to take the cushions off the lounge and sleep on the floor on the 2nd night. There was a leaf fold small table and 1 chair for us all. The TV didn't work because the Internet was not working so we notified the Manager who said he would have someone to look at it. On the whole I think I paid too much for what we got i.e. a room for two people not three!

Clean, close to transportation

Not as advertised. No WiFi, no minimarket and a long walk to a small neighbourhood convenience store. The description also said that there were bathrobes and a fireplace. The fact that they were missing did not impact my stay. The address was not visible from the street. Building access was through an overgrown path to the parking lot. The elevator was out of order for my departure.
