Not much.

Not a luxury apartment. Double bed shoved up against wall so you could only access the bed on one side. No instructions on how to access Wifi in apartment. No hairdryer. Awful cooking smells emanating from other apartments. Poor signage, cab driver couldn’t find it initially. Apalling communication from apartment manager, who wasn’t answering ‘phone.

Extremely hard to find. Booked an apartment with / full beds. Apt had one full bed. I had to sleep on a tiny couch that was not long enough for a 5’2” person to fit in.

The apartment was clean & tidy. Comfy bed

Arrived at property at 8:30pm. Taxi driver had trouble locating the property entrance in the dark. And no indication of the actual address 14 Stanwell Road or that it was called Voyager apartments until the day after we arrived- too late. We didn’t even know if we were at the right address. Only with the assistance of residents from the apartments allowing us the connect to their wifi & one guy said that the same thing happened to a German couple 2 weeks earlier. We ended up getting into the apartment around 11:00pm. After a 28 hour flight from Australia - this was the last thing we needed to start our holiday. Thinking that we had nowhere to stay the night initially, my husband walked in the freezing night air to see if we could get alternate accommodation. We would have been totally screwed if not for the assistance from the residents. Definitely not acceptable. Also it would have been handy to know that taxis require a postcode to find the correct stanwell road (address). Another thing that would have been nice was some sort of welcome pack advising facilities close by. There was tea & coffee available but no milk or sugar and only 1 wine glass.

The location was very hard to find. The glasses and crockery were dirty. The bed sheet was very uncomfortable and scratchy.

Fantastic stay, super clean and a great location close to Heathrow airport and the tube station which has links to central London.
